SHIPPING & RETURNS
STOCK AVAILABILITY AND DISPATCH
Whilst we do keep some models in stock, in general our PacKraft models are mostly made to order. Order times can vary depending on manufacturer but will typically take 2 to 2.5 weeks to manufacture and dispatch. If you require a packraft urgently, please don't hesitate to contact us first to determine if it needs to be built or if we have something suitable in stock ready for immediate delivery. An "In Stock" label in the online store indicates that the materials for the specific model are available and ready to be constructed for you and the model is available for manufacture within the given timeframe. Rafts available for immediate dispatch are listed as such in their description.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and we. All items are sent by trackable domestic courier where available, not Australia Post, and we will only use the postal service at the companies discretion.
All delivery or shipping quotes or offers apply to packraft purchases delivered to Australian Metro areas only. Additional charges will apply for delivery to non-Metro, regional and particularly remote or overseas locations. If this is the case PacKraft will contact you to advise, and provide options for you.
Delivery offers do not apply to PO Box or Post Office locations. For any agreed postal service delivery required, handling charges will apply if requested by customer during ordering.
Packrafts and accessories may be shipped, posted or couriered to the Customer at the discretion of the Company.
Factors such as availability of service, turnaround time, delivery time estimates, location, price and volume, size and weight of the products may impact the cost and type of delivery selected.
If shipping insurance is required, the Customer will advise PacKraft at the time of purchase. Insurance costs are paid for by the Customer.
No insurance is included in any delivery service unless requested and paid for by the customer. Once the item is shipped and confirmation can be provided, the company is not responsible for loss or damage.
Whilst we do our best to keep delivery costs as low as possible for customers, please note that due to the large difference in postage costs of larger items within different regions of Australia, displayed postage costs are normally to major Metropolitan areas only. Regional areas may cost more to deliver to, and remote locations will cost above standard delivery charges and the Company will advise the Customer of this once the delivery address, and final order details have been confirmed.
For International orders, PacKraft can provide delivery worldwide, however please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order to confirm shipping costs and times.
Please note that shipping of items is generally from Australia. For any customs restrictions, local taxes and duties, the Customer is entirely responsible for these.
If expedited or express delivery services are required, please contact us to make arrangements prior to purchasing. We are always happy to assist.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns may be made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where custom or built to order packrafts are requested and manufactured, no refund will be given for change of mind. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping, postage , freight or delivery to return goods to PacKraft, and any goods returned must be in clean original and resaleable condition or a cleaning and replacement fee may apply.
